Blue Photo Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern the Blue Photo apps and related online services. By creating an Account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. The Service is not directed to children under 13, who must not create an Account. A user who is 13 or older but cannot enter into this agreement under applicable law must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. The Service
Blue Photo is a photographic archive app operated by JooHyung Park (박주형) using the Blue Photo brand and Suwon Samsung match and event photography supplied by Hong Junki (홍준기). Its main features include photo browsing, Search, Collections, Favorites, sharing, permitted saving, and HD viewing.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Blue Photo is not an official service of Suwon Samsung Bluewings or any league or competition organizer. Some features require an Account and internet connection.
3. Accounts
You may sign in using Apple, Google, or another method offered in the app. You are responsible for keeping your Account and device secure. You must not use another person's Account or transfer your Account.
You may request Account deletion in the app. The current Service provides a 30-day recovery period after a deletion request. Signing in again with the same method during that period may restore the Account. Deleting the Account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription.
4. Photos and content
The Blue Photo brand and photographs are supplied by Hong Junki (홍준기) to the Operator for the Service. Rights in the photographs and related content remain with Hong Junki (홍준기) or the applicable rights holders. You may view photos for personal, non-commercial purposes and save or share them only where the Service permits.
Favoriting, downloading, or viewing a photo in HD does not purchase or transfer ownership of the photo. Without permission, you must not sell or commercially use photos, collect or redistribute them in bulk, or remove source and credit information. Uses expressly allowed by applicable law are not restricted.
5. Ads and Premium
Free users may see ads.
Blue Photo Premium is a monthly auto-renewing subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. It only removes ads. Photos, HD, downloads, and all other features are the same for free users.
The price and renewal terms are shown at purchase. The purchasing store handles payment, cancellation, and refunds. Deleting the app or Blue Photo Account does not cancel the subscription, so you must cancel it separately through Apple or Google Play. After store verification, Premium can be used on supported iOS and Android apps signed in to the same Blue Photo Account.
6. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes; - violate another person's rights or privacy; - interfere with or bypass Service, security, advertising, or payment functions; - automatically collect photos or data in bulk without permission; or - resell the Service or use photos commercially without permission.
The Operator may restrict use to the extent reasonably necessary to address a violation or security risk.
7. Changes and availability
The Operator may correct, change, or withdraw photos, metadata, and Service features. Maintenance, faults, third-party services, or operational reasons may temporarily interrupt the Service. The Operator will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes or discontinuation where practicable.
8. Responsibility
The Operator will use reasonable care in providing the Service but does not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every photo and metadata item will be complete and accurate.
The Operator is not responsible for loss caused by events outside the Operator's reasonable control or by the user. This does not apply where the loss was caused by the Operator's intentional act or negligence. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Privacy and third-party services
Personal information is handled under the Blue Photo Privacy Policy. Apple, Google, advertising, external links, and sharing features may also be governed by the relevant provider's terms and privacy policy.
10. Changes to these Terms, governing law, and contact
The Operator may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law. Material changes will be announced through the app or website before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to users in Korea or elsewhere remain unaffected. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith. An unresolved dispute may be handled by the courts of Singapore or another authority or court available under applicable law.
